Kate Ryan started practicing yoga in order to find an inner stillness while pursuing a career a busy musician. She quickly fell in love with the breath to movement connection in yoga, and discovered that the focus on alignment, concentration, grounding, and fluidity was helping her become a better artist and person off the mat. Kate teaches with mindful attention and care for each student, cultivating an atmosphere of creative and artistic expression.
