Music that moves you? It all depends on the mood and the day. In class I like a solid rhythm to flow to, but I can do anything from electronic to boy bands.

Dr. Lee blends his experience in movement and knowledge of the body into his practice and teaching resulting in an eclectic mix of yoga infused with elements of martial arts and therapeutic techniques. His classes offer a laid-back but focused environment, unique and intuitive flows, and creative adjustments based on Thai massage and partner yoga. In addition to teaching yoga, Nolan is a practicing chiropractic physician, certified acupuncturist, and NASM certified corrective exercise specialist (CES) treating patients at his clinic Balanced Flow Wellness.
