This is our signature vinyasa FLOW turned up a notch! Faster-paced, intentionally challenging, and rooted in creative, continuous sequencing. Designed for students with some prior yoga experience, this Level 2 class invites you to move with breath, presence, and power. Expect less posture breakdown and more dynamic transitions that evolve throughout the 45-minute practice. Inspired by the energetic rhythm of a modern vinyasa flow, this class encourages exploration, freedom, and endurance on the mat. Come ready to sweat, move, and lose yourself in the flow.
